Terms and Conditions *

1. Customer should accept the real time Terms and Conditions/Rules and Regulations of TRYMAX to open the account/continue in the account. ఖాతాను తెరవడానికి/ఖాతాలో కొనసాగించడానికి కస్టమర్ TRYMAX యొక్క రియల్-టైమ్ నిబంధనలు మరియు షరతులు/నియమాలు మరియు నిబంధనలను అంగీకరించాలి.

3. Minimum waiting period for every new account holder is 3 months to get the TREATMENT or Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI). In this waiting period, no health insurance will be given/provided to the registrant/account holder. This waiting period may be increase, decrease and may be remains constant based on the financial status of the company/rush/traffic. TRYMAX has all the rights to change the waiting period without any prior intimation to anyone and at its own discretion. 4. In case of excessive submission of fake medical bills, TRYMAX reserves the right to provide cash and cashless treatment through local/non-local good hospitals instead of giving the customer the amount of medical bills submitted by TRYMAX. నకిలీ వైద్య బిల్లులను ఎక్కువగా సమర్పించినట్లు/సమర్పిస్తున్నట్లు TRYMAX దృష్టికి వస్తే , TRYMAX నుండి కస్టమర్‌కు వైద్య బిల్లులను సమర్పించిన మొత్తాన్ని ఇవ్వడానికి బదులుగా, TRYMAX స్థానిక/స్థానికేతర మంచి ఆసుపత్రుల ద్వారా నగదు మరియు నగదు రహిత చికిత్స అందించే హక్కును కలిగి ఉంది.
5. On applying, No claim bonus of worth of minimum 5,000/-(to the bank account registered @ TRYMAX; will vary depending upon the financial status of the company, TRYMAX may increase/decrease/constant) will be given to the each account holder at TRYMAX per every 3 months for not claim the HAI during the past 3 months, which are having the minimum GSPV by TRYMAX is 15,000/- during the past 3 Months. TRYMAX లో అకౌంటు ఉన్న ప్రతి వ్యక్తికి గత 3 నెలల్లో TRYMAX ద్వారా కనీసం 15,000/- వస్తు సేవలు కొనుగోలు చేసిన వారికి, సంబంధిత గత 3 నెలల కాలానికి క్లెయిమ్ చేయనందుకు ప్రతి 3 నెలలకు కనిష్టంగా 5,000/- విలువైన నో క్లెయిమ్ బోనస్ (TRYMAX వద్ద రిజిస్టర్ అయిన బ్యాంకు అక్కౌంటుకి వెయ్యబడుతుంది, దరకాస్తు చేసుకున్న వారికి; TRYMAX యొక్క ఆర్థిక స్థితిని బట్టి మారుతుంది; పెరగవచ్చు/తగ్గవచ్చు/మారకపోవచ్చు) ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.
6. Both the account opening fees and the monthly renewal fees shall not be considered/included in the GSPV by the TRYMAX. ఖాతా ప్రారంభ రుసుములు మరియు నెలవారీ పునరుద్ధరణ రుసుములు రెండింటినీ TRYMAX లో కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తు సేవలుగా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకూడదు.
7. TRYMAX will purchase the goods and services from the online or offline sellers/service providers/experts/platforms/stores, which are registered at TRYMAX. In case no such registrations taken place at TRYMAX, TRYMAX will purchase the goods and services from the non-registered sellers/service providers/experts/platforms/stores at TRYMAX. TRYMAX లో రిజిస్టర్ చేయబడిన ఆన్‌లైన్ లేదా ఆఫ్‌లైన్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లు/స్టోర్‌ల నుండి TRYMAX వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలను TRYMAX కస్టమర్ కొసం కొనుగోలు చేస్తుంది. 8. Only the TRYMAX Conversion Charges of the Bills shall be considered in the account of TREATMENT/Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI). చికిత్స/ఆరోగ్య మరియు ప్రమాద బీమా(THAI) ఖాతాలో బిల్లుల యొక్క TRYMAX మార్పిడి ఛార్జీలు మాత్రమే పరిగణించబడతాయి.
9. Account/Card Renewal fees is valid up to the last date of the registration plan. After expiring the plan, the customer/cardholder will have to take any one of the existing available plans. ఖాతా/కార్డ్ పునరుద్ధరణ రుసుములు ప్లాన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చివరి తేదీ వరకు చెల్లుతాయి. ప్లాన్ గడువు ముగిసిన తర్వాత, కస్టమర్/కార్డ్ హోల్డర్ ఇప్పటికే అందుబాటు లో ఉన్న ప్లాన్‌లలో ఏదైనా ఒకదాన్ని తీసుకోవాలి.
10. Suppose an account holder renewal his account/card on 13-07-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM for 1 Month Plan, he/she does not need to pay any amount up to 13-08-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM. If he/she wants to purchase any goods and services after 13-08-2026@10:23:35 AM, he/she should renew his/her account/card by paying the respective amount mentioned above. ఒక ఖాతాదారుడు తన కార్డును 13-07-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM కి పునరుద్ధరించుకున్నారని అనుకుందాం, అతను/ఆమె 13-08-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM వరకు ఎటువంటి మొత్తాన్ని చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. అతను/ఆమె 13-08-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM తర్వాత ఏదైనా వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేయాలనుకుంటే, పైన పేర్కొన్న సంబంధిత మొత్తాన్ని చెల్లించి అతను/ఆమె తన ఖాతా/కార్డును పునరుద్ధరించుకోవాలి.
11. Minimum purchased value of goods and services through TRYMAX to enter into the account holders account is 1/-. ఖాతాదారుడి ఖాతాలోకి నమోదు చేయడానికి TRYMAX ద్వారా వస్తువులు మరియు సేవల కనీస కొనుగోలు విలువ 1/-
12. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the billing details entered in the customer’s account in the monthly record book/brochure by a TRYMAX employee. TRYMAX ఉద్యోగి చేత నెలవారీ రికార్డు పుస్తకం/బ్రోచర్‌లో బిల్లుల వివరాలను కస్టమర్ ఖాతాలో నమోదు చేయించుకోవడం కస్టమర్ బాధ్యత.
13. The insured amount will be given to the customer in the form of cheque or transferred to the customer’s account within 7 working days after submitting all the relevant legal/statutory medical bills/documents. అన్ని చట్టపరమైన/చట్టబద్ధమైన వైద్య బిల్లులను సమర్పించిన 7 పని దినాలలోపు బీమా చేయబడిన మొత్తం ఖాతాదారునికి చెక్కు ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. లేదా కస్టమర్ అక్కౌంట్ కు బదిలీ చెయ్యబడుతుంది.
14. Insured amount will be given to the registered person/customer on providing the legal medical bills to the TRYMAX (or) Cash/Cashless treatment will be given to the registered person/customer in the nearest Good hospital within the above limits by the specialist doctors. TRYMAX కి చట్టపరమైన వైద్య బిల్లులు అందించినప్పుడు రిజిస్టర్డ్ వ్యక్తి/కస్టమర్‌కు బీమా చేయబడిన మొత్తం ఇవ్వబడుతుంది (లేదా) పైన పేర్కొన్న పరిమితుల్లోపు సమీపంలోని మంచి ఆసుపత్రిలో రిజిస్టర్డ్ వ్యక్తి/కస్టమర్‌కు నగదు/నగదు రహిత చికిత్స నిపుణులైన వైద్యులచే అందించబడుతుంది/చేయించబడుతుంది.
15. Purchases done before the 12 Months period(This period may 3/6/18/24/36/48/60 months, increase/decrease in months may occur) shall not include/consider in the Health and Accidental Insurance(HAI). 12 నెలల కాలానికి(ఈ కాలం 3/6/18/24/36/48/60 నెలలుగా ఉండవచ్చు, పెరగవచ్చు, తగ్గవచ్చు) ముందు చేసిన కొనుగోళ్లు ఆరోగ్య మరియు ప్రమాద బీమాలో చేర్చబడవు/పరిగణించబడవు.
16. Unclaimed amount before the 12 Months(or any change of duration may occur) shall belong to the TRYMAX. 12 నెలల(లేదా వ్యవధిలో ఏదైనా మార్పు జరగవచ్చు) ముందు క్లెయిమ్ చేయని మొత్తం TRYMAX కి చెందుతుంది.
17. Submitting the fake medical bills/non-computerized bills shall leads to the termination from the account. నకిలీ వైద్య బిల్లులు/కంప్యూటరైజ్ చేయని బిల్లులు సమర్పించడం వలన ఖాతా రద్దు చేయబడుతుంది.
18. 1st preference/priority will be given to the good(s)/service(s) that are having 4 star and above with higher number of customer(s) average rating(s) while purchasing the Goods and Services for the TRYMAX customers. కస్టమర్ల కోసం వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేసేటప్పుడు 4 నక్షత్రాలు మరియు అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ సగటు రేటింగ్(లు) కలిగిన వస్తువు(లు)/సేవ(లు)కు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత/ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.
19. Items that are dangerous to mankind/human health such as tobacco and/or its derivatives such as chutta, bidi, cigarette, alcohol and/or its derivatives, drugs, pan, gutka, panparag, ganjai, any items that is banned/restricted by the central/state government shall not be purchased through TRYMAX. మానవాళికి/మానవ ఆరోగ్యానికి ప్రమాదకరమైన వస్తువులు పొగాకు మరియు/లేదా దాని ఉత్పన్నాలు అయిన చుట్టా, బీడీ, సిగరెట్; ఆల్కహాల్ మరియు/లేదా దాని ఉత్పన్నాలు; డ్రగ్స్, పాన్, గుట్కా, పాన్‌పరాగ్, గంజాయి, కేంద్ర/రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిషేధించిన/పరిమితం చేసిన ఏ వస్తువునైనా TRYMAX ద్వారా కొనుగోలు చేయకూడదు/చేయబడదు.
20. All the benefits mentioned above and below are for level-0 and level-1. 1 point extra/INR 50,000 for each and every level upto level-7 out of 7 levels. పైన మరియు దిగువ పేర్కొన్న అన్ని ప్రయోజనాలు లెవల్-0 మరియు లెవల్-1 కోసం. 7 లెవెల్స్‌లో లెవల్-7 వరకు ప్రతి లెవల్‌కు 1 పాయింట్ అదనంగా/INR 50,000 ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.
21. GSPV(Goods and Services Purchased Value) becomes GPV(Goods Purchased Value) in case of any complexity in calculation/process. గణన/ప్రక్రియలో ఏదైనా సంక్లిష్టత ఏర్పడితే GSPV(కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తు సేవలు విలువ) అనేది GPV (కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తువుల విలువ) అవుతుంది.
22. TRYMAX may or may not tie up with the third party Health Insurance Company. TRYMAX థర్డ్ పార్టీ హెల్త్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కంపెనీతో టై అప్ కావచ్చు/కాకపోవచ్చు.
23. Only the listed goods and services at TRYMAX will be purchased. TRYMAXలో జాబితా చేయబడిన వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలు మాత్రమే కొనుగోలు చేయబడతాయి.
24. Only the TRYMAX selected/suggested goods and services will be given first priority to purchase. TRYMAX ఎంచిన/ఎంచుకున్న వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలకు మాత్రమే కొనుగోలు చేయడానికి మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.
25. All the goods and services will be purchased for the customers by the TRYMAX in the presence of TRYMAX Experts in the relevant field/area for more than 5 years of full-time experience. సంబంధిత రంగంలో/ప్రాంతంలో 5 సంవత్సరాల కంటే ఎక్కువ పూర్తికాల అనుభవం ఉన్న TRYMAX నిపుణుల సమక్షంలో TRYMAX ద్వారా అన్ని వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలను కస్టమర్ల కోసం కొనుగోలు చేస్తారు.
31. TRYMAX will acts only as a PLATFORM between the Customer and the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company. In case of any disputes regarding the goods and services that were purchased through TRYMAX, both the customer and the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company will have to sit together and solve the problem. TRYMAX is not responsible for the low-quality, damaged or non-working, misused goods/services that are purchased from the registered or non-registered sellers/service providers/experts. TRYMAX has all the rights to Ban or put in Blacklist such Customer/Seller/Service Provider/Company/Online and Offline Platform not to purchase/sell any goods and service on TRYMAX Platform. All the discussion between the customer and the seller/service provider/expert should be done on the TRYMAX platform only. TRYMAX eye will be on that discussion. Video and audio recording will be taken place for quality control, development purpose. TRYMAX కస్టమర్ మరియు విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుల మధ్య ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌గా మాత్రమే పనిచేస్తుంది. TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌లో ఎటువంటి వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేయకుండా/అమ్మకుండా అటువంటి కస్టమర్/విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/కంపెనీ/ఆన్‌లైన్ మరియు ఆఫ్‌లైన్ ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లను బ్లాక్ లిస్టు లో పెట్టే/నిషేధించే హక్కు TRYMAXకి ఉంది. కస్టమర్ మరియు విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుల మధ్య జరిగే అన్ని సంభాషణలు/చర్చలు TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌లో మాత్రమే జరగాలి. 32. TRYMAX management has all the rights to change/add/delete/modify any terms and conditions without any prior intimation/notice to anyone. All the changes are effective from on that day onwards. ఎవరికీ ముందస్తు సమాచారం లేకుండానే ఏవైనా నిబంధనలు మరియు షరతులను మార్చడానికి/జోడించడానికి/తొలగించడానికి/సవరించడానికి TRYMAX నిర్వహణకు అన్ని హక్కులు ఉన్నాయి. అన్ని మార్పులు ఆ రోజు నుండి అమలులోకి వస్తాయి.

34. TRYMAX will keep an eye on each and every account of customer, Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company transaction data and implement/develop the terms and conditions accordingly. TRYMAX కస్టమర్, విక్రేత/సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్/నిపుణుడు/కంపెనీ లావాదేవీల డేటాను ప్రతి ఖాతాపై నిఘా ఉంచి తదనుగుణంగా నిబంధనలు మరియు షరతులను అమలు/అభివృద్ధి చేస్తుంది.
35. Customer(s) goods/services will be distributed/split among the registered sellers/service providers/experts/companies according to their Beneficial Value(B.V) for the registration fees/plan. రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల మధ్య వారి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్లాన్/ఫీజుల నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం కస్టమర్ వస్తువులు/సేవలు పంపిణీ చేయబడతాయి/విభజింపబడతాయి.
36. To get the Treatment/TRYMAX Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI), the customer should pay the conversion charges to convert the Purchased Goods/Services Bills to Treatment/THAI. చికిత్స/TRYMAX ఆరోగ్య మరియు ప్రమాద బీమా (THAI) పొందడానికి, కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తువులు/సేవల బిల్లులను చికిత్స/THAIకి మార్చడానికి కస్టమర్ మార్పిడి ఛార్జీలు చెల్లించాలి.
37. Only the registered customers can access his/her selling/buying/purchased data during the registration period.రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ వ్యవధిలో నమోదిత కస్టమర్లు మాత్రమే అతని/ఆమె అమ్మకాలు/కొనుగోలు/కొనుగోలు డేటాను యాక్సెస్ చేయగలరు.
38. TRYMAX will acts only as a PLATFORM between the Customers and the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Workers/Shops/Business/Companies/Online and Offline Platforms. TRYMAX is not responsible for the Goods/Services that are purchased from the registered Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Workers/Shops/Business/Companies/Online and Offline Platforms, that are registered at TRYMAX. TRYMAX అనేది కస్టమర్లు మరియు విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కార్మికులు/దుకాణాలు/వ్యాపారం/కంపెనీలు/ఆన్‌లైన్ మరియు ఆఫ్‌లైన్ ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌ల మధ్య ఒక వేదిక మాత్రమే. TRYMAXలో నమోదు చేయబడిన రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కార్మికులు/దుకాణాలు/వ్యాపారం/కంపెనీలు/ఆన్‌లైన్ మరియు ఆఫ్‌లైన్ ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌ల నుండి కొనుగోలు చేయబడిన వస్తువులు/సేవలకు TRYMAX బాధ్యత వహించదు.
39. TRYMAX is not responsible for the quality/safety/fatal/damage/etc of the Goods/Services that are provided by the third-party Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Shop/Company. మూడవ పక్ష విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుడు/దుకాణం/కంపెనీ అందించే వస్తువులు/సేవల నాణ్యత/భద్రత/ప్రాణాంతకం/నష్టం మొదలైన వాటికి TRYMAX బాధ్యత వహించదు.
40. Conversion Charges: Convert your bill(s) to Treatment/TRYMAX Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI)మార్పిడి ఛార్జీలు: మీ బిల్లు(లు)ను చికిత్స/TRYMAX ఆరోగ్య మరియు ప్రమాద బీమా (THAI)కి మార్చండి.
