Terms and Conditions

1. Here, the registrant refers to the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company, or other entity registered at TRYMAX. ఇక్కడ, నమోదుదారు అనగా విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుడు/కంపెనీ, లేదా TRYMAX వద్ద నమోదు చేయబడిన ఇతర సంస్థ.

2. TRYMAX is only a PLATFORM between the Customers and the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies. TRYMAX and or its Group of Companies, employees is(are) not responsible for the quality/quantity/safefy/fatality/misuse of the Goods/Services that are delivered by the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies that are registered at TRYMAX. TRYMAX అనేది వినియోగదారులకు మరియు విక్రేతలు/సేవాప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపనీల మధ్య ఒక వేదిక. 3. Customers and the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies will have to solve their problems. Regarding this, if anyone drags TRYMAX into legal cases, TRYMAX has the right to add the Person/Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company/Country name to the Black List. During the Black List period, TRYMAX shall never purchase goods/service from the Blacklisted Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies/Countries. వినియోగదారులు మరియు విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీలు వారి సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. దీనికి సంబంధించి, ఎవరైనా TRYMAXను చట్టపరమైన కేసులలోకి లాగితే, ఆ వ్యక్తి/విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుడు/కంపెనీ/దేశం పేరును బ్లాక్ లిస్ట్‌లో చేర్చే హక్కు TRYMAXకు ఉంటుంది. బ్లాక్ లిస్ట్ కాలంలో, బ్లాక్‌లిస్ట్‌లో ఉన్న విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీలు/దేశాల నుండి TRYMAX ఎప్పటికీ వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేయదు.

4. Based on the TRYMAX requirements only, we will purchase the goods/services, 0% to 100%. TRYMAX అవసరాల ఆధారంగా మాత్రమే, మేము వస్తువులు/సేవలను 0% నుండి 100% వరకు కొనుగోలు చేస్తాము.

5. Priority/preference will be given to the registrants who registered at TRYMAX. If no such registrations take place, we will purchase the Goods/Services from the Non-Registered Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies. TRYMAXలో నమోదు చేసుకున్న వారికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. అటువంటి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు ఏవీ జరగకపోతే, మేము నమోదు కాని విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల నుండి వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేస్తాము.

6. TRYMAX and/or it’s group of companies shall never give any guarantee/surety to the registrants that it will purchase the goods/services from the particular registered registrants during the registration period. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ వ్యవధిలో నిర్దిష్టంగా నమోదు చేసుకున్న వారి నుండి వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేస్తామని ట్రైమాక్స్ మరియు/లేదా దాని అనుబంధ సంస్థలు రిజిస్ట్రెంట్లకు ఎటువంటి హామీ/పూచీకత్తు ఇవ్వవు.

7. First priority/preference will be given to the registrants who is/are having the average customer rating of higher/above 4 star rating. 4 నక్షత్రాల కంటే ఎక్కువ సగటు కస్టమర్ రేటింగ్ ఉన్న రిజిస్ట్రెంట్లకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

8. For all the food products and bulk purchases, the registrant should submit the Batch Production Control Record(BPCR), Batch Production Audio and Video Control Record(BPAVCR). అన్ని ఆహార ఉత్పత్తులు మరియు బల్క్ కొనుగోళ్ల కోసం, రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ బ్యాచ్ ప్రొడక్షన్ కంట్రోల్ రికార్డ్ (BPCR), బ్యాచ్ ప్రొడక్షన్ ఆడియో మరియు వీడియో కంట్రోల్ రికార్డ్ (BPAVCR)లను సమర్పించాలి.

9. Samples will be checked by the TRYMAX registered/authorised laboratories/labs/research centres. నమూనాలను TRYMAX రిజిస్టర్డ్/అధీకృత ప్రయోగశాలలు/ల్యాబ్‌లు/పరిశోధనా కేంద్రాలు తనిఖీ చేస్తాయి.

10. If the goods/service quality is not good or not available from the registered registrant, TRYMAX will purchase the goods/service from the non-registered registrant. వస్తువులు/సేవల నాణ్యత బాగోలేకపోయినా లేదా నమోదిత రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ నుండి అవి అందుబాటులో లేకపోయినా, ట్రైమాక్స్ ఆ వస్తువులు/సేవలను నమోదుకాని రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ నుండి కొనుగోలు చేస్తుంది.

11. The prices mentioned in the above Table/TRYMAX website(i.e www.trymax.in) shall vary/change/increase/decrease depending on the financial status of the company, business strategies, rush, demand and supply. TRYMAX తన స్వంత అభీష్టానుసారం కంపెనీ ఆర్థిక స్థితి, వ్యాపార వ్యూహాలు, రద్దీ, డిమాండ్ మరియు సరఫరా ఆధారంగా పై పట్టికలోని ధరలు TRYMAX వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో (అనగా www.trymax.in) పేర్కొన్న ధరలు పెరగవచ్చు, తగ్గవచ్చు లేదా స్థిరంగా ఉండవచ్చు.

12. The registrant should accept the damaged, non-working goods/items that were returned to TRYMAX by the Customer as per the return policy. రిటర్న్ పాలసీ ప్రకారం కస్టమర్ ద్వారా TRYMAXకు తిరిగి పంపబడిన పాడైన, పనిచేయని వస్తువులను/సరుకులను రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ అంగీకరించాలి.

13. Registrant should not ask/force the TRYMAX employee(s) to purchase the particular goods/services, which will lead to termination of the registration/account temporarily and/or permanently. నమోదు చేసుకున్నవారు, తాత్కాలికంగా మరియు/లేదా శాశ్వతంగా నమోదు/ఖాతా రద్దుకు దారితీసే నిర్దిష్ట వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేయమని TRYMAX ఉద్యోగి(ల)ను అడగకూడదు/బలవంతం చేయకూడదు.

14. TRYMAX Project Manager or his/her representative/inspector will be present during the entire work/project to check that the work/project is going through the customer(s)/client(s) specifications/specs. పని/ప్రాజెక్ట్ కస్టమర్(లు)/క్లయింట్(లు) నిర్దేశాలకు అనుగుణంగా సాగుతోందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయడానికి, ట్రైమాక్స్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ మేనేజర్ లేదా అతని/ఆమె ప్రతినిధి/ఇన్‌స్పెక్టర్ పని/ప్రాజెక్ట్ మొత్తం సమయంలో హాజరవుతారు.

15. All the services that are allotted to the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Companies shall work in the direction of TRYMAX only. విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీలకు కేటాయించబడిన అన్ని సేవలు కేవలం ట్రైమాక్స్ (TRYMAX) ఆదేశాల మేరకు మాత్రమే పనిచేయాలి.

16. Required goods/services of the Customer will be distributed/split among the registered sellers/service providers/experts/companies at TRYMAX according to their registration plan/fees proportions. కస్టమర్లకు కావలసిన వస్తువులు/సేవలు TRYMAX వద్ద రిజిస్టర్ అయిన విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్లాన్/ఫీజుల నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం పంపిణీ చేయబడతాయి/విభజింపబడతాయి.

17. 70% of the works/projects will be given/allotted to the Companies, based on the previous/past work quality, finishing, customers average rating and various factors; 30% of the works/projects will be given/allotted to the Individuals/OPC/Proprietors. మునుపటి/గత పని నాణ్యత, ముగింపు, కస్టమర్ల సగటు రేటింగ్ మరియు వివిధ అంశాల ఆధారంగా 70% పనులు/ప్రాజెక్టులను కంపెనీలకు ఇస్తారు/కేటాయిస్తారు; 30% పనులు/ప్రాజెక్టులను వ్యక్తులు/OPC/యాజమాన్య సంస్థలకు ఇస్తారు/కేటాయిస్తారు.

18. TRYMAX and/or its Group of Companies will also have to pay the respective fees/wages/contract amount/bills to the registered/non-registered sellers, service providers, experts, companies, proprietors, or OPCs for the goods or services they served/provided/completed based on the %ge completion. 19. TRYMAX shall never get anything free from any Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company or other. Samples(may be the food/etc) will be collected randomly only in the local market for the selling price/MRP Rate. Based on the testing reports of sample analysis/quality/taste, TRYMAX will go for bulk purchase, with not crossing the Beneficial Value/Maximum Purchase Limits during the registration period. 20. Based on the TRYMAX, or it’s Customers requirement, TRYMAX has all the rights to purchase the Goods/Services from the registered or non-registered Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies beyond the Beneficial Value and Maximum Purchase Value at its own discretion without informing anyone. 21. Respective Beneficial Value(BV) will be sent to the registrant’s bank account, which was registered at TRYMAX, within 1/2/3/4/5/6…. Month(s) after the registration period completes. సంబంధిత ప్రయోజనకరమైన విలువ (BV) TRYMAXలో రిజిస్టర్ చేయబడిన బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాకు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ వ్యవధి పూర్తయిన 1/2/3/4/5/6… నెల(ల) లోపు పంపబడుతుంది.

22. TRYMAX Present Beneficial Value(TPBV) should always minimum 2 times greater than the Registration Fees, including the Service Charge, Taxes like GST, etc.సర్వీస్ ఛార్జ్, GST వంటి పన్నులు మొదలైన వాటితో సహా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజు కంటే TRYMAX ప్రస్తుత ప్రయోజనకర విలువ (TPBV) ఎల్లప్పుడూ కనీసం 2 రెట్లు ఎక్కువగా ఉండాలి.

23. TRYMAX Present Beneficial Value(TPBV) should always be calculated on the Registration Fees, excluding the Service Charge, GST, Etc. ట్రైమాక్స్ ప్రస్తుత ప్రయోజనకర విలువ (TPBV)ను ఎల్లప్పుడూ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజుపై లెక్కించాలి, సర్వీస్ ఛార్జ్, GST మొదలైనవి మినహాయించి.

24. Beneficial Value is valid up to a certain period based on the conditions/limits, which completed earlier. ముందుగా పూర్తయే షరతులు/పరిమితుల ఆధారంగా ప్రయోజనకరమైన విలువ ఒక నిర్దిష్ట కాలం వరకు చెల్లుబాటులో ఉంటుంది.

25. TRYMAX has the right to delete any column or row in the above table at its own discretion without informing anyone in case of complexity in the calculation part/hassle and keep only the registration fees, removing/deleting all the benefits to the customers. గణనలో సంక్లిష్టత/ఇబ్బంది ఏర్పడిన పక్షంలో, ఎవరికీ తెలియజేయకుండా తన స్వంత అభీష్టానుసారం పై పట్టికలోని ఏ నిలువ వరసనైనా లేదా అడ్డువరుసనైనా తొలగించి, వినియోగదారులకు లభించే అన్ని ప్రయోజనాలను తీసివేసి, కేవలం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజును మాత్రమే ఉంచుకునే హక్కు ట్రైమాక్స్‌కు ఉంది.

26. Only the useful works should be registered in TRYMAX. Useless works cannot be registered in TRYMAX. In case of any useless works registered at TRYMAX, TRYMAX has full authority/rights to remove the registered useless works registered in TRYMAX and to expel/suspend the registered seller/service provider/TRYMAX employee account/ID Card temporarily or permanently. ఉపయోగకరమైన పనులు మాత్రమే TRYMAX లో నమోదు చెయ్యాలి. ఉపయోగకరం కాని పనులు TRYMAX లో నమోదు చెయ్యడానికి వీలు లేదు. ఒకవేళ ఉపయోగకరం కాని పనులు ఎవరైనా TRYMAX లో నమోదు చేసినట్లయితే ఆ పనులను నమోదయిన వాటిలోనుండి తీసివేయడానికి మరియు సదరు నమోదిత విక్రేత/సేవాప్రదాతను/TRYMAX ఉద్యోగి యొక్క అక్కౌంట్ ను/ఐడెంటిటి కార్డు ను తాత్కాలికంగా లేదా శాశ్వతంగా బహిష్కరించడానికి/సస్పెండ్ చెయ్యడానికి TRYMAX కు పూర్తి అధికారం ఉంది.

27. All items registered in TRYMAX must pass all Safety and Quality standards. TRYMAX లో నమోదు చేయబడిన అన్ని వస్తువులు తప్పనిసరిగా అన్ని భద్రతా మరియు నాణ్యతా ప్రమాణాలను పాటించాలి.

28. On all the Direct(Customer contact the TRYMAX first/directly instead of contacting the registered service provider) Projects/Sub-Contracts given by TRYMAX, the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company will have to pay 30% as the Commission/Fees to the TRYMAX. No need to pay any commission/fees to the TRYMAX on all indirect(customer contact the service provider directly, not through TRYMAX or instead of contacting TRYMAX) projects. 28. TRYMAX ద్వారా ఇవ్వబడిన అన్ని ప్రత్యక్ష (రిజిస్టర్డ్ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్‌ను సంప్రదించకుండా, కస్టమర్ ముందుగా/నేరుగా TRYMAXను సంప్రదించే) ప్రాజెక్ట్‌లు/ఉప-కాంట్రాక్ట్‌లపై, విక్రేత/సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్/నిపుణుడు/కంపెనీ 30% కమీషన్/ఫీజును TRYMAXకు చెల్లించవలసి ఉంటుంది. అన్ని పరోక్ష (TRYMAX ద్వారా కాకుండా లేదా TRYMAXను సంప్రదించకుండా, కస్టమర్ నేరుగా సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్‌ను సంప్రదించే) ప్రాజెక్ట్‌లపై TRYMAXకు ఎలాంటి కమీషన్/ఫీజు చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

29. Customer(s) goods/services will be distributed/split among the registered sellers/service providers/experts/companies according to their Beneficial Value(B.V) for the respective registration fees/plan. For example, a customer/client came to TRYMAX for 10 windows for his/her newly constructing house. These 10 windows will split among the registered service providers(here, the carpenter) according to their maximum Beneficial Value for the respective registration fees. రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల మధ్య వారి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్లాన్/ఫీజులకు అనుగుణమైన నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం కస్టమర్ వస్తువులు/సేవలు పంపిణీ చేయబడతాయి/విభజింపబడతాయి. ఉదాహరణకు, ఒక వినియోగదారుడు/క్లయింట్ తన కొత్తగా కట్టుకుంటున్న ఇంటి కోసం 10 కిటికీల కోసం ట్రైమాక్స్‌కు వచ్చారనుకుందాం. ఈ 10 కిటికీలను, సంబంధిత రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజులకు గాను, వారి వారి గరిష్ట ప్రయోజన విలువ ప్రకారం రిజిస్టర్ చేయబడిన సేవా ప్రదాతల (ఇక్కడ, వడ్రంగి) మధ్య పంచడం జరుగుతుంది.

30. Completion of 15 years of the vehicles/major machines in the shops or industries need not/shall not be registered in TRYMAX. For TRYMAX approved lables/tags, registrant should qualify these type of fields as they will lead to accidents, which will leads to deaths/fatal or lack of quality, which will impact on the brand image of TRYMAX. వాహనాలు/దుకాణాలు లేదా పరిశ్రమలలోని ప్రధాన యంత్రాలు 15 సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి చేసుకుంటే వాటిని ట్రైమాక్స్‌లో నమోదు చేయనవసరం లేదు/చేయకూడదు. 31. If the registrant is a company, it should pay a minimum net monthly salary of INR 8,000/- for anyone, such as the worker/employee/helper/etc. నమోదు చేసుకునేది ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, అది కార్మికుడు/ఉద్యోగి/సహాయకుడు మొదలైన ఎవరికైనా కనీసం నెలకు INR 8,000/- నికర జీతం చెల్లించాలి.

32. If the registrant is a company, it should submit the employees details, such as graduation, such as degree, post graduation degree, phd and their internal experience with in the company, technical details and also their salary details to complete the registration process at each and every time of the plan renewal. నమోదు చేసుకునేది ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, ప్లాన్ పునరుద్ధరణ జరిగే ప్రతిసారీ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను పూర్తి చేయడానికి, అది ఉద్యోగుల వివరాలైన గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ (డిగ్రీ, పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ డిగ్రీ, పిహెచ్‌డి వంటివి), కంపెనీలోని వారి అంతర్గత అనుభవం, సాంకేతిక వివరాలు మరియు వారి జీతం వివరాలను సమర్పించాలి.

33. 34. If the registrant is a company, it should have the minimum experience of 5 years in all the departments with atleast/minimum 5 active phd members, 5 active post graduates, 5 active graduates. నమోదు చేసుకునేది ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, దానికి అన్ని విభాగాలలో కనీసం 5 సంవత్సరాల అనుభవం ఉండాలి, అలాగే కనీసం 5 మంది క్రియాశీల పిహెచ్‌డి సభ్యులు, 5 మంది క్రియాశీల పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు, 5 మంది క్రియాశీల గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు ఉండాలి.

35. In case any customer needs the transportation, TRYMAX will inform the registered service provider(here it is a 2/3/4 wheeler transportation vehicles with all the legal documents of the respective state/central governments such as Registration Certificate, Pollution Control Certificate, Sate/National Permit Order) and will give the amount to the Service Provider INR 10/- per km per head for 2(two) wheeler, INR 20/- per km per head for 3(three) wheeler, INR 30/- per km per head for 4(four) wheeler with INR 1/- per 1 kg extra load. ఒకవేళ ఏదైనా కస్టమర్‌కు రవాణా అవసరమైతే, ట్రైమాక్స్ రిజిస్టర్డ్ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్‌కు (ఇక్కడ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్ అంటే, సంబంధిత రాష్ట్ర/కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాల నుండి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్, పొల్యూషన్ కంట్రోల్ సర్టిఫికేట్, రాష్ట్ర/జాతీయ పర్మిట్ ఆర్డర్ వంటి అన్ని చట్టపరమైన పత్రాలు కలిగిన 2/3/4 చక్రాల రవాణా వాహనాలు) తెలియజేస్తుంది మరియు సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్‌కు 2 (రెండు) చక్రాల వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹10/-, 3 (మూడు) చక్రాల వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹20/-, 4 (నాలుగు) చక్రాల వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹30/- మరియు ప్రతి 1 కిలోగ్రాము అదనపు లోడ్‌కు ₹1/- చొప్పున ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

36. Samples(such as cement/oil/food content/wall care/paints/etc) will be collected randomly in the local shops, and will be sent with a different name to the genuine 3 different labs, which are working in the same relevant field. Based on the high/4-star and above-average test reports/ratings, the goods will be used/marketed in/by the TRYMAX Projects/TRYMAX Contract Works. స్థానిక దుకాణాలలో యాదృచ్ఛికంగా నమూనాలను (సిమెంట్/నూనె/ఆహార పదార్థాలు/వాల్ కేర్ పుట్టీ/పెయింట్ మొదలైనవి) సేకరించి, అదే సంబంధిత రంగంలో పనిచేస్తున్న అసలైన 3 వేర్వేరు ప్రయోగశాలలకు వేర్వేరు పేర్లతో పంపబడతాయి. అధిక/4-స్టార్ మరియు సగటు కంటే ఎక్కువ పరీక్ష నివేదికలు/రేటింగ్‌ల ఆధారంగా, ఆ వస్తువులు ట్రైమాక్స్ ప్రాజెక్ట్స్/ట్రైమాక్స్ కాంట్రాక్ట్ వర్క్స్ ద్వారా ఉపయోగించబడతాయి/విక్రయించబడతాయి.

37. TRYMAX has the right to put the seller/service provider/expert/worker/shop/business/store/company, etc name/account in the blacklist or suspend/withheld for a particular period of time and will not sell anything/any service on the TRYMAX platform in case of not following the rules or financial adjustments. నియమాలను లేదా ఆర్థిక సర్దుబాట్లను పాటించని పక్షంలో, విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుడు/కార్మికుడు/దుకాణం/వ్యాపారం/స్టోర్/కంపెనీ మొదలైన వారి పేరు/ఖాతాను బ్లాక్‌లిస్ట్‌లో చేర్చడానికి లేదా నిర్దిష్ట కాలం పాటు నిలిపివేయడానికి/నిలిపివేయడానికి మరియు TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లో ఏ వస్తువునూ/ఏ సేవనూ విక్రయించకుండా నిరోధించడానికి TRYMAXకు హక్కు ఉంది.
