TRYMAX and or its Group of Companies, employees is(are) not responsible for the quality/quantity/safefy/fatality/misuse of the Goods/Services that are delivered by the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies that are registered at TRYMAX. 4. TRYMAX will purchase the goods and services from the online or offline sellers/service providers/experts/platforms/stores, which are registered at TRYMAX. In case no such registrations taken place at TRYMAX, TRYMAX will purchase the goods and services from the non-registered sellers/service providers/experts/platforms/stores at TRYMAX. 9. TRYMAX has all the rights to Ban or put in Blacklist such Customer/Seller/Service Provider/Company/Online and Offline Platform not to purchase/sell any goods and service on TRYMAX Platform. TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌లో ఎటువంటి వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేయకుండా/అమ్మకుండా అటువంటి కస్టమర్/విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/కంపెనీ/ఆన్‌లైన్ మరియు ఆఫ్‌లైన్ ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లను బ్లాక్ లిస్టు లో పెట్టే/నిషేధించే హక్కు TRYMAXకి ఉంది.

10. In case of any disputes regarding the goods and services that were purchased through TRYMAX, both the customer and the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company will have to sit together and solve the problem. TRYMAX ద్వారా కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తువులు మరియు సేవలకు సంబంధించి ఏవైనా వివాదాలు తలెత్తితే, కస్టమర్ మరియు విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుడు ఇద్దరూ కూర్చుని సమస్యను పరిష్కరించుకోవాలి.

11. All the discussion between the customer and the seller/service provider/expert should be done on the TRYMAX platform only. TRYMAX eye will be on that discussion. Video and audio recording will be taken place for quality control, development purpose. కస్టమర్ మరియు విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుల మధ్య జరిగే అన్ని సంభాషణలు/చర్చలు TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌లో మాత్రమే జరగాలి. 12. Minimum waiting period for every new account holder is 3 months to get the TREATMENT or Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI). In this waiting period, no treatment/health insurance will be given/provided to the registrant/account holder. This waiting period may be increase, decrease and may be remains constant based on the financial status of the company/rush/traffic. TRYMAX has all the rights to change the waiting period without any prior intimation to anyone and at its own discretion. 13. In case of excessive submission of fake medical bills, TRYMAX reserves the right to provide cash and cashless treatment through local/non-local good hospitals instead of giving the customer the amount of medical bills submitted by TRYMAX. నకిలీ వైద్య బిల్లులను ఎక్కువగా సమర్పించినట్లు/సమర్పిస్తున్నట్లు TRYMAX దృష్టికి వస్తే , TRYMAX నుండి కస్టమర్‌కు వైద్య బిల్లులను సమర్పించిన మొత్తాన్ని ఇవ్వడానికి బదులుగా, TRYMAX స్థానిక/స్థానికేతర మంచి ఆసుపత్రుల ద్వారా నగదు మరియు నగదు రహిత చికిత్స అందించే హక్కును కలిగి ఉంది.

14. On applying, No claim bonus of worth of minimum 5,000/-(to the bank account registered @ TRYMAX; will vary depending upon the financial status of the company, TRYMAX may increase/decrease/constant) will be given to the each account holder at TRYMAX per every 3 months for not claim the HAI during the past 3 months, which are having the minimum GSPV by TRYMAX is 15,000/- during the past 3 Months. 15. Both the account opening fees and the monthly renewal fees shall not be considered/included in the GSPV by the TRYMAX. ఖాతా ప్రారంభ రుసుములు మరియు నెలవారీ పునరుద్ధరణ రుసుములు రెండింటినీ TRYMAX లో కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తు సేవలుగా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకూడదు.

16. Only the TRYMAX Conversion Charges of the Bills shall be considered in the account of TREATMENT/Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI). చికిత్స/ఆరోగ్య మరియు ప్రమాద బీమా(THAI) ఖాతాలో బిల్లుల యొక్క TRYMAX మార్పిడి ఛార్జీలు మాత్రమే పరిగణించబడతాయి.

17. Account/Card Renewal fees is valid up to the last date of the registration plan. After expiring the plan, the customer/cardholder will have to take any one of the existing available plans. ఖాతా/కార్డ్ పునరుద్ధరణ రుసుములు ప్లాన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చివరి తేదీ వరకు చెల్లుతాయి. ప్లాన్ గడువు ముగిసిన తర్వాత, కస్టమర్/కార్డ్ హోల్డర్ ఇప్పటికే అందుబాటు లో ఉన్న ప్లాన్‌లలో ఏదైనా ఒకదాన్ని తీసుకోవాలి.

18. Suppose an account holder renewal his account/card on 13-07-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM for 1 Month Plan, he/she does not need to pay any amount up to 13-08-2026 @ 10:23:35 AM. 20. It is the customer’s responsibility to have the billing details entered in the customer’s account in the monthly record book/brochure by a TRYMAX employee. TRYMAX ఉద్యోగి చేత నెలవారీ రికార్డు పుస్తకం/బ్రోచర్‌లో బిల్లుల వివరాలను కస్టమర్ ఖాతాలో నమోదు చేయించుకోవడం కస్టమర్ బాధ్యత.

21. 22. Insured amount will be given to the registered person/customer on providing the legal medical bills to the TRYMAX (or) Cash/Cashless treatment will be given to the registered person/customer in the nearest Good hospital within the above limits by the specialist doctors. 23. 24. Unclaimed amount before the 1( or 2/3/4/5…. )Years shall belong to the TRYMAX. 25. Submitting the fake medical bills/non-computerized bills shall leads to the termination from the account. నకిలీ వైద్య బిల్లులు/కంప్యూటరైజ్ చేయని బిల్లులు సమర్పించడం వలన ఖాతా రద్దు చేయబడుతుంది.

26. 27. 29. TRYMAX may or may not tie up with the third party Health Insurance Company. TRYMAX థర్డ్ పార్టీ హెల్త్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ కంపెనీతో టై అప్ కావచ్చు/కాకపోవచ్చు.

30. TRYMAX management has all the rights to change/add/delete/modify any terms and conditions without any prior intimation/notice to anyone. 31. 32. TRYMAX will keep an eye on each and every account of customer, Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company transaction data and implement/develop the terms and conditions accordingly. 33. Customer(s) goods/services will be distributed/split among the registered sellers/service providers/experts/companies according to their Beneficial Value(B.V) for the respective registration fees/plan. For example, a customer/client came to TRYMAX for 10 windows for his/her newly constructing house. 34. To get the Treatment/TRYMAX Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI), the customer should pay the conversion charges to convert the Purchased Goods/Services Bills to Treatment/THAI. చికిత్స/TRYMAX ఆరోగ్య మరియు ప్రమాద బీమా (THAI) పొందడానికి, కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తువులు/సేవల బిల్లులను చికిత్స/THAIకి మార్చడానికి కస్టమర్ మార్పిడి ఛార్జీలు చెల్లించాలి.

38. Treatment/Health and Accidental Insurace(THAI) should always be calculated on the Purchased Value of Goods/Services, excluding the Registration Fees, Service Charge, GST, Account Keeping Charges, Etc. చికిత్స /ప్రమాద భీమా(THAI) ను ఎల్లప్పుడూ ద్వారా కొనుగోలు చెయ్యబడిన వస్తు/సేవల మొత్తం మీద మాత్రమే లెక్కించాలి. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజు, సర్వీస్ ఛార్జ్, GST మొదలైనవి మినహాయించాలి.

39. TRYMAX has the right to delete any column or row in the above table at its own discretion without informing anyone in case of complexity in the calculation part/hassle and keep only the registration fees, removing/deleting all the benefits to the customers. గణనలో సంక్లిష్టత/ఇబ్బంది ఏర్పడిన పక్షంలో, ఎవరికీ తెలియజేయకుండా తన స్వంత అభీష్టానుసారం పై పట్టికలోని ఏ నిలువ వరసనైనా లేదా అడ్డువరుసనైనా తొలగించి, వినియోగదారులకు లభించే అన్ని ప్రయోజనాలను తీసివేసి, కేవలం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజును మాత్రమే ఉంచుకునే హక్కు ట్రైమాక్స్‌కు ఉంది.

40. TRYMAX will always follow the process/procedure of the third-party seller/service provider/expert/company in an optimised manner with no time delay without interrupting/disturbing their process/procedure. TRYMAX ఎల్లప్పుడూ థర్డ్-పార్టీ సెల్లర్/సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్/నిపుణుడు/కంపెనీ యొక్క ప్రక్రియ/విధానాన్ని, వారి ప్రక్రియ/విధానానికి అంతరాయం కలిగించకుండా/ఆటంకం కలిగించకుండా, ఎటువంటి కాలయాపన లేకుండా అత్యుత్తమ పద్ధతిలో అనుసరిస్తుంది.

41. The terms and conditions given by the TRYMAX will continue for a specified period. If any changes/additions are made to the terms and conditions already provided, such changes/additions will be effective as of the date of their implementation. The new terms and conditions will not apply to existing customers. They are only apply to new customers. If existing customers switch to any new plan, the new terms and conditions will apply to them from that time. Direct purchases(any registered customer purchased the goods/services in any one of the online/offline/physical stores/physical offices platforms of TRYMAX instead of registered seller/service provider/expert/worker/company first) shall be considered in the Treatment/Health and Accidental Insurance. 43. TRYMAX has the right to put the customer(may be a person, proprietor, partnership, company, organization, government, etc)’s name/account in the blacklist or suspend/withheld for a particular period of time and will not purchase anything/any service on the TRYMAX platform in case of not paying all the legal post-paid bills. చట్టబద్ధమైన పోస్ట్-పెయిడ్ బిల్లులన్నింటినీ చెల్లించని పక్షంలో, కస్టమర్ (వ్యక్తి, యజమాని, భాగస్వామ్యం, కంపెనీ, సంస్థ, ప్రభుత్వం మొదలైనవారు కావచ్చు) పేరు/ఖాతాను బ్లాక్‌లిస్ట్‌లో చేర్చడానికి లేదా నిర్దిష్ట కాలం పాటు నిలిపివేయడానికి మరియు TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లో ఏ వస్తువునూ/ఏ సేవనూ కొనుగోలు చేయకుండా నిరోధించడానికి TRYMAXకు హక్కు ఉంది.

44. In case any customer needs the transportation, INR 20/- per km per head will be charged for 2(two) wheeler, INR 40/- per km per head will be charged for 3(three) wheeler, INR 50/- per km per head will be charged for 4(four) wheeler with INR 1/- per 1 kg extra load, INR 50/- per 1 hour as Waiting Charges. ఒకవేళ ఏదైనా కస్టమర్‌కు రవాణా అవసరమైతే, 2 (రెండు చక్రాల) వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹20/-, 3 (మూడు చక్రాల) వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹40/-, 4 (నాలుగు చక్రాల) వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹50/- మరియు ప్రతి 1 కిలోగ్రాము అదనపు బరువుకు ₹1/-, వేచిఉన్నందుకు గంటకు 50/- చొప్పున వసూలు చేయబడుతుంది.

45.Samples(such as cement/oil/food content/wall care/paints/etc) will be collected randomly in the local shops, and will be sent with a different name to the genuine 3 different labs, which are working in the same relevant field. 47. Only the bills of the good(s)/service(s) purchased directly(i.e physical offices, stores of TRYMAX) through TRYMAX shall be considered and entered in the THAI book of account holder. Bill(s) that is(are) given by the TRYMAX registered Seller(s)/Service Provider(s)/Expert(s)/Worker(s)/Shop(s)/Store(s)/Mart(s)/Business/Company(ies)/etc to the customer(s) shall not be entered in the Treatment/Health and Accidental Insurance(THAI) Account Book of the Account Holder of the Customer as they(customers) don’t know the exact registration fees, duration, period and the respective Beneficial Value of the registered Seller(s)/Service Provider(s)/Expert(s)/Worker(s)/Shop(s)/Store(s)/Mart(s)/Business/Company(ies)/etc. ట్రైమాక్స్ ద్వారా నేరుగా (అనగా ట్రైమాక్స్ యొక్క భౌతిక కార్యాలయాలు, స్టోర్‌లు) కొనుగోలు చేసిన వస్తువులు/సేవల బిల్లులను మాత్రమే పరిగణించి, ఖాతాదారుని యొక్క థాయ్ (THAI) పుస్తకంలో నమోదు చేయబడతాయి. ట్రైమాక్స్ రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కార్మికులు/దుకాణాలు/స్టోర్‌లు/మార్ట్‌లు/వ్యాపారాలు/కంపెనీలు మొదలైనవారు వినియోగదారులకు ఇచ్చే బిల్లులను, ఆ వినియోగదారుల యొక్క ట్రీట్‌మెంట్/హెల్త్ అండ్ యాక్సిడెంటల్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ (థాయ్) ఖాతా పుస్తకంలో ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలోనూ నమోదు చేయకూడదు. ఎందుకంటే, రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కార్మికులు/దుకాణాలు/స్టోర్‌లు/మార్ట్‌లు/వ్యాపారాలు/కంపెనీలు మొదలైనవారి యొక్క ఖచ్చితమైన రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజులు, వ్యవధి, కాలం మరియు సంబంధిత ప్రయోజనకరమైన విలువ(ల) గురించి వినియోగదారులకు తెలియదు కాబట్టి.

48. Account holder will have to inform his/her physical/mental/financial problems to the authorised TRYMAX department/person in person or by audio call or video call in case of any emergency situation so that we(TRYMAX) will respond immediately and activate the respective registered Seller(s)/Service Provider(s)/Expert(s)/Worker(s)/Shop(s)/Store(s)/Mart(s)/Business/Company(ies)/etc so that we will save an important life without time delay/last minute rush.ఏదైనా అత్యవసర పరిస్థితిలో, ఖాతాదారుడు తన శారీరక/మానసిక/ఆర్థిక సమస్యలను అధీకృత ట్రైమాక్స్ విభాగానికి/వ్యక్తికి వ్యక్తిగతంగా గానీ, ఆడియో కాల్ లేదా వీడియో కాల్ ద్వారా గానీ తెలియజేయాలి. తద్వారా మేము (ట్రైమాక్స్) తక్షణమే స్పందించి, సంబంధిత రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేత(లు)/సేవా ప్రదాత(లు)/నిపుణుడు(లు)/కార్మికుడు(లు)/దుకాణం(లు)/స్టోర్(లు)/మార్ట్(లు)/వ్యాపారం/కంపెనీ(లు)/మొదలైనవాటిని సక్రియం చేస్తాము. దీనివల్ల మేము కాలయాపన/చివరి నిమిషం హడావిడి లేకుండా ఒక ముఖ్యమైన ప్రాణాన్ని కాపాడగలుగుతాము.

49. TRYMAX will prepare(both hand writing and text typing)the health problems of the patient(registered customer) in a4 sheet, with bullet points not more than 1000 words and submit that report at the nearest available TRYMAX registered or non-registered (only in case registered hospitals or doctors are not available) hospital/doctor so that they can understand the patient’s problem to give the respective treatment. 2. TRYMAX is only a PLATFORM between the Customers and the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies. TRYMAX and or its Group of Companies, employees is(are) not responsible for the quality/quantity/safefy/fatality/misuse of the Goods/Services that are delivered by the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies that are registered at TRYMAX. 3. Customers and the Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies will have to solve their problems. Regarding this, if anyone drags TRYMAX into legal cases, TRYMAX has the right to add the Person/Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company/Country name to the Black List. 5. Priority/preference will be given to the registrants who registered at TRYMAX. If no such registrations take place, we will purchase the Goods/Services from the Non-Registered Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies. TRYMAXలో నమోదు చేసుకున్న వారికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. అటువంటి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు ఏవీ జరగకపోతే, మేము నమోదు కాని విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల నుండి వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేస్తాము.

6. TRYMAX and/or it’s group of companies shall never give any guarantee/surety to the registrants that it will purchase the goods/services from the particular registered registrants during the registration period. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ వ్యవధిలో నిర్దిష్టంగా నమోదు చేసుకున్న వారి నుండి వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేస్తామని ట్రైమాక్స్ మరియు/లేదా దాని అనుబంధ సంస్థలు రిజిస్ట్రెంట్లకు ఎటువంటి హామీ/పూచీకత్తు ఇవ్వవు.

7. First priority/preference will be given to the registrants who is/are having the average customer rating of higher/above 4 star rating. 4 నక్షత్రాల కంటే ఎక్కువ సగటు కస్టమర్ రేటింగ్ ఉన్న రిజిస్ట్రెంట్లకు మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

8. For all the food products and bulk purchases, the registrant should submit the Batch Production Control Record(BPCR), Batch Production Audio and Video Control Record(BPAVCR). అన్ని ఆహార ఉత్పత్తులు మరియు బల్క్ కొనుగోళ్ల కోసం, రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ బ్యాచ్ ప్రొడక్షన్ కంట్రోల్ రికార్డ్ (BPCR), బ్యాచ్ ప్రొడక్షన్ ఆడియో మరియు వీడియో కంట్రోల్ రికార్డ్ (BPAVCR)లను సమర్పించాలి.

9. Samples will be checked by the TRYMAX registered/authorised laboratories/labs/research centres. నమూనాలను TRYMAX రిజిస్టర్డ్/అధీకృత ప్రయోగశాలలు/ల్యాబ్‌లు/పరిశోధనా కేంద్రాలు తనిఖీ చేస్తాయి.

10. If the goods/service quality is not good or not available from the registered registrant, TRYMAX will purchase the goods/service from the non-registered registrant. వస్తువులు/సేవల నాణ్యత బాగోలేకపోయినా లేదా నమోదిత రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ నుండి అవి అందుబాటులో లేకపోయినా, ట్రైమాక్స్ ఆ వస్తువులు/సేవలను నమోదుకాని రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ నుండి కొనుగోలు చేస్తుంది.

11. The prices mentioned in the above Table/TRYMAX website(i.e www.trymax.in) shall vary/change/increase/decrease depending on the financial status of the company, business strategies, rush, demand and supply. TRYMAX తన స్వంత అభీష్టానుసారం కంపెనీ ఆర్థిక స్థితి, వ్యాపార వ్యూహాలు, రద్దీ, డిమాండ్ మరియు సరఫరా ఆధారంగా పై పట్టికలోని ధరలు TRYMAX వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో (అనగా www.trymax.in) పేర్కొన్న ధరలు పెరగవచ్చు, తగ్గవచ్చు లేదా స్థిరంగా ఉండవచ్చు.

12. The registrant should accept the damaged, non-working goods/items that were returned to TRYMAX by the Customer as per the return policy. రిటర్న్ పాలసీ ప్రకారం కస్టమర్ ద్వారా TRYMAXకు తిరిగి పంపబడిన పాడైన, పనిచేయని వస్తువులను/సరుకులను రిజిస్ట్రెంట్ అంగీకరించాలి.

13. Registrant should not ask/force the TRYMAX employee(s) to purchase the particular goods/services, which will lead to termination of the registration/account temporarily and/or permanently. నమోదు చేసుకున్నవారు, తాత్కాలికంగా మరియు/లేదా శాశ్వతంగా నమోదు/ఖాతా రద్దుకు దారితీసే నిర్దిష్ట వస్తువులు/సేవలను కొనుగోలు చేయమని TRYMAX ఉద్యోగి(ల)ను అడగకూడదు/బలవంతం చేయకూడదు.

14. TRYMAX Project Manager or his/her representative/inspector will be present during the entire work/project to check that the work/project is going through the customer(s)/client(s) specifications/specs. పని/ప్రాజెక్ట్ కస్టమర్(లు)/క్లయింట్(లు) నిర్దేశాలకు అనుగుణంగా సాగుతోందో లేదో తనిఖీ చేయడానికి, ట్రైమాక్స్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ మేనేజర్ లేదా అతని/ఆమె ప్రతినిధి/ఇన్‌స్పెక్టర్ పని/ప్రాజెక్ట్ మొత్తం సమయంలో హాజరవుతారు.

15. All the services that are allotted to the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Companies shall work in the direction of TRYMAX only. విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీలకు కేటాయించబడిన అన్ని సేవలు కేవలం ట్రైమాక్స్ (TRYMAX) ఆదేశాల మేరకు మాత్రమే పనిచేయాలి.

16. Required goods/services of the Customer will be distributed/split among the registered sellers/service providers/experts/companies at TRYMAX according to their registration plan/fees proportions. కస్టమర్లకు కావలసిన వస్తువులు/సేవలు TRYMAX వద్ద రిజిస్టర్ అయిన విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్లాన్/ఫీజుల నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం పంపిణీ చేయబడతాయి/విభజింపబడతాయి.

TRYMAX and/or its Group of Companies will also have to pay the respective fees/wages/contract amount/bills to the registered/non-registered sellers, service providers, experts, companies, proprietors, or OPCs for the goods or services they served/provided/completed based on the %ge completion. 19. TRYMAX shall never get anything free from any Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company or other. Samples(may be the food/etc) will be collected randomly only in the local market for the selling price/MRP Rate. Based on the testing reports of sample analysis/quality/taste, TRYMAX will go for bulk purchase, with not crossing the Beneficial Value/Maximum Purchase Limits during the registration period. 20. Based on the TRYMAX, or it’s Customers requirement, TRYMAX has all the rights to purchase the Goods/Services from the registered or non-registered Sellers/Service Providers/Experts/Companies beyond the Beneficial Value and Maximum Purchase Value at its own discretion without informing anyone. 21. Respective Beneficial Value(BV) will be sent to the registrant’s bank account, which was registered at TRYMAX, within 1/2/3/4/5/6…. Month(s) after the registration period completes. సంబంధిత ప్రయోజనకరమైన విలువ (BV) TRYMAXలో రిజిస్టర్ చేయబడిన బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాకు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ వ్యవధి పూర్తయిన 1/2/3/4/5/6… నెల(ల) లోపు పంపబడుతుంది.

22. TRYMAX Present Beneficial Value(TPBV) should always minimum 2 times greater than the Registration Fees, including the Service Charge, Taxes like GST, etc.సర్వీస్ ఛార్జ్, GST వంటి పన్నులు మొదలైన వాటితో సహా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజు కంటే TRYMAX ప్రస్తుత ప్రయోజనకర విలువ (TPBV) ఎల్లప్పుడూ కనీసం 2 రెట్లు ఎక్కువగా ఉండాలి.

23. TRYMAX Present Beneficial Value(TPBV) should always be calculated on the Registration Fees, excluding the Service Charge, GST, Etc. ట్రైమాక్స్ ప్రస్తుత ప్రయోజనకర విలువ (TPBV)ను ఎల్లప్పుడూ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజుపై లెక్కించాలి, సర్వీస్ ఛార్జ్, GST మొదలైనవి మినహాయించి.

24. Beneficial Value is valid up to a certain period based on the conditions/limits, which completed earlier. ముందుగా పూర్తయే షరతులు/పరిమితుల ఆధారంగా ప్రయోజనకరమైన విలువ ఒక నిర్దిష్ట కాలం వరకు చెల్లుబాటులో ఉంటుంది.

25. TRYMAX has the right to delete any column or row in the above table at its own discretion without informing anyone in case of complexity in the calculation part/hassle and keep only the registration fees, removing/deleting all the benefits to the customers. గణనలో సంక్లిష్టత/ఇబ్బంది ఏర్పడిన పక్షంలో, ఎవరికీ తెలియజేయకుండా తన స్వంత అభీష్టానుసారం పై పట్టికలోని ఏ నిలువ వరసనైనా లేదా అడ్డువరుసనైనా తొలగించి, వినియోగదారులకు లభించే అన్ని ప్రయోజనాలను తీసివేసి, కేవలం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజును మాత్రమే ఉంచుకునే హక్కు ట్రైమాక్స్‌కు ఉంది.

26. Only the useful works should be registered in TRYMAX. Useless works cannot be registered in TRYMAX. In case of any useless works registered at TRYMAX, TRYMAX has full authority/rights to remove the registered useless works registered in TRYMAX and to expel/suspend the registered seller/service provider/TRYMAX employee account/ID Card temporarily or permanently. ఉపయోగకరమైన పనులు మాత్రమే TRYMAX లో నమోదు చెయ్యాలి. ఉపయోగకరం కాని పనులు TRYMAX లో నమోదు చెయ్యడానికి వీలు లేదు. ఒకవేళ ఉపయోగకరం కాని పనులు ఎవరైనా TRYMAX లో నమోదు చేసినట్లయితే ఆ పనులను నమోదయిన వాటిలోనుండి తీసివేయడానికి మరియు సదరు నమోదిత విక్రేత/సేవాప్రదాతను/TRYMAX ఉద్యోగి యొక్క అక్కౌంట్ ను/ఐడెంటిటి కార్డు ను తాత్కాలికంగా లేదా శాశ్వతంగా బహిష్కరించడానికి/సస్పెండ్ చెయ్యడానికి TRYMAX కు పూర్తి అధికారం ఉంది.

27. All items registered in TRYMAX must pass all Safety and Quality standards. TRYMAX లో నమోదు చేయబడిన అన్ని వస్తువులు తప్పనిసరిగా అన్ని భద్రతా మరియు నాణ్యతా ప్రమాణాలను పాటించాలి.

28. On all the Direct(Customer contact the TRYMAX first/directly instead of contacting the registered service provider) Projects/Sub-Contracts given by TRYMAX, the Seller/Service Provider/Expert/Company will have to pay 30% as the Commission/Fees to the TRYMAX. No need to pay any commission/fees to the TRYMAX on all indirect(customer contact the service provider directly, not through TRYMAX or instead of contacting TRYMAX) projects. 28. 29. Customer(s) goods/services will be distributed/split among the registered sellers/service providers/experts/companies according to their Beneficial Value(B.V) for the respective registration fees/plan. For example, a customer/client came to TRYMAX for 10 windows for his/her newly constructing house. These 10 windows will split among the registered service providers(here, the carpenter) according to their maximum Beneficial Value for the respective registration fees. రిజిస్టర్డ్ విక్రేతలు/సేవా ప్రదాతలు/నిపుణులు/కంపెనీల మధ్య వారి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్లాన్/ఫీజులకు అనుగుణమైన నిష్పత్తి ప్రకారం కస్టమర్ వస్తువులు/సేవలు పంపిణీ చేయబడతాయి/విభజింపబడతాయి. ఉదాహరణకు, ఒక వినియోగదారుడు/క్లయింట్ తన కొత్తగా కట్టుకుంటున్న ఇంటి కోసం 10 కిటికీల కోసం ట్రైమాక్స్‌కు వచ్చారనుకుందాం. ఈ 10 కిటికీలను, సంబంధిత రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజులకు గాను, వారి వారి గరిష్ట ప్రయోజన విలువ ప్రకారం రిజిస్టర్ చేయబడిన సేవా ప్రదాతల (ఇక్కడ, వడ్రంగి) మధ్య పంచడం జరుగుతుంది.

30. Completion of 15 years of the vehicles/major machines in the shops or industries need not/shall not be registered in TRYMAX. For TRYMAX approved lables/tags, registrant should qualify these type of fields as they will lead to accidents, which will leads to deaths/fatal or lack of quality, which will impact on the brand image of TRYMAX. వాహనాలు/దుకాణాలు లేదా పరిశ్రమలలోని ప్రధాన యంత్రాలు 15 సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి చేసుకుంటే వాటిని ట్రైమాక్స్‌లో నమోదు చేయనవసరం లేదు/చేయకూడదు. 31. If the registrant is a company, it should pay a minimum net monthly salary of INR 8,000/- for anyone, such as the worker/employee/helper/etc. నమోదు చేసుకునేది ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, అది కార్మికుడు/ఉద్యోగి/సహాయకుడు మొదలైన ఎవరికైనా కనీసం నెలకు INR 8,000/- నికర జీతం చెల్లించాలి.

32. If the registrant is a company, it should submit the employees details, such as graduation, such as degree, post graduation degree, phd and their internal experience with in the company, technical details and also their salary details to complete the registration process at each and every time of the plan renewal. నమోదు చేసుకునేది ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, ప్లాన్ పునరుద్ధరణ జరిగే ప్రతిసారీ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియను పూర్తి చేయడానికి, అది ఉద్యోగుల వివరాలైన గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ (డిగ్రీ, పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ డిగ్రీ, పిహెచ్‌డి వంటివి), కంపెనీలోని వారి అంతర్గత అనుభవం, సాంకేతిక వివరాలు మరియు వారి జీతం వివరాలను సమర్పించాలి.

33. If the registrant is a company, it should have the minimum experience of 5 years in all the departments with atleast/minimum 5 active members; it should have a minimum experience of 10 years in all the departments with atleast/minimum 5 active members. నమోదు చేసుకునే సంస్థ ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, దానికి అన్ని విభాగాలలో కనీసం 5 సంవత్సరాల అనుభవం గల కనీసం 5 మంది క్రియాశీల సభ్యులు ఉండాలి; అదేవిధంగా అన్ని విభాగాలలో కనీసం 10 సంవత్సరాల అనుభవం గల కనీసం 5 మంది క్రియాశీల సభ్యులు ఉండాలి.

34. If the registrant is a company, it should have the minimum experience of 5 years in all the departments with atleast/minimum 5 active phd members, 5 active post graduates, 5 active graduates. నమోదు చేసుకునేది ఒక కంపెనీ అయితే, దానికి అన్ని విభాగాలలో కనీసం 5 సంవత్సరాల అనుభవం ఉండాలి, అలాగే కనీసం 5 మంది క్రియాశీల పిహెచ్‌డి సభ్యులు, 5 మంది క్రియాశీల పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు, 5 మంది క్రియాశీల గ్రాడ్యుయేట్లు ఉండాలి.

35. In case any customer needs the transportation, TRYMAX will inform the registered service provider(here it is a 2/3/4 wheeler transportation vehicles with all the legal documents of the respective state/central governments such as Registration Certificate, Pollution Control Certificate, Sate/National Permit Order) and will give the amount to the Service Provider INR 10/- per km per head for 2(two) wheeler, INR 20/- per km per head for 3(three) wheeler, INR 30/- per km per head for 4(four) wheeler with INR 1/- per 1 kg extra load. ఒకవేళ ఏదైనా కస్టమర్‌కు రవాణా అవసరమైతే, ట్రైమాక్స్ రిజిస్టర్డ్ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్‌కు (ఇక్కడ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్ అంటే, సంబంధిత రాష్ట్ర/కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వాల నుండి రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్, పొల్యూషన్ కంట్రోల్ సర్టిఫికేట్, రాష్ట్ర/జాతీయ పర్మిట్ ఆర్డర్ వంటి అన్ని చట్టపరమైన పత్రాలు కలిగిన 2/3/4 చక్రాల రవాణా వాహనాలు) తెలియజేస్తుంది మరియు సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్‌కు 2 (రెండు) చక్రాల వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹10/-, 3 (మూడు) చక్రాల వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹20/-, 4 (నాలుగు) చక్రాల వాహనానికి కిలోమీటరుకు తలసరి ₹30/- మరియు ప్రతి 1 కిలోగ్రాము అదనపు లోడ్‌కు ₹1/- చొప్పున ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

36. Samples(such as cement/oil/food content/wall care/paints/etc) will be collected randomly in the local shops, and will be sent with a different name to the genuine 3 different labs, which are working in the same relevant field. 37. TRYMAX has the right to put the seller/service provider/expert/worker/shop/business/store/company, etc name/account in the blacklist or suspend/withheld for a particular period of time and will not sell anything/any service on the TRYMAX platform in case of not following the rules or financial adjustments. నియమాలను లేదా ఆర్థిక సర్దుబాట్లను పాటించని పక్షంలో, విక్రేత/సేవా ప్రదాత/నిపుణుడు/కార్మికుడు/దుకాణం/వ్యాపారం/స్టోర్/కంపెనీ మొదలైన వారి పేరు/ఖాతాను బ్లాక్‌లిస్ట్‌లో చేర్చడానికి లేదా నిర్దిష్ట కాలం పాటు నిలిపివేయడానికి/నిలిపివేయడానికి మరియు TRYMAX ప్లాట్‌ఫారమ్‌లో ఏ వస్తువునూ/ఏ సేవనూ విక్రయించకుండా నిరోధించడానికి TRYMAXకు హక్కు ఉంది.

For the Non-Registered Banks/NBFC/MFI, during Non-Registered Period, TRYMAX Bank Account Incoming window will be closed/disabled, and the Outgoing window will be fully(100%) opened/enabled. నమోదు కాని కాలంలో నమోదు కాని బ్యాంకు/NBFC/MFI లకు TRYMAX బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా లోపలి వచ్చే నగదు విండో మూసివేయబడుతుంది/సుప్తావస్తలో ఉంటుంది మరియు బయటకు వెళ్ళే నగదు విండో పూర్తిగా(100%) తెరవబడుతుంది.

3. Registration Fees of the registering bank should be sent to any one of the other nationalized banks registered at TRYMAX insted of sending it to the same registering bank. Registration Fees of the registering bank should not be sent to the same registering bank account. Means we will always use the crossing method. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తీసుకునే బ్యాంకు యొక్క రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజును రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తీసుకునే బ్యాంకుకు కాకుండా, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తీసుకున్న ఇతర జాతీయ బ్యాంకులలో దేనికైనా పంపాలి. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తీసుకునే బ్యాంకు యొక్క రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఫీజును అదే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తీసుకునే బ్యాంకు ఖాతాకు పంపకూడదు. అంటే మేము ఎల్లప్పుడూ క్రాసింగ్ పద్ధతినే ఉపయోగిస్తాము.
